This summer, we’re adding more speed and quickness to Rob’s game — helping him blow by defenders with strong combos and explosive movement 💨⚡️

This drill is all about active feet, focus, and stamina. Players have to stay sharp mentally by remembering the combos and footwork while pushing through fatigue and staying efficient every rep 💪🏾🧠

Working with young guards on being more efficient and effective attacking downhill. Watching playoff basketball, you can really see how elite players get to the paint in a straight line first… THEN create based off the defense reaction 👀
