Individual skill sessions are built for players who want serious development in a focused setting. Each workout is high-intensity, detail-driven, and tailored to the player’s needs — attacking weaknesses, sharpening strengths, and pushing game-level pace. This is where real growth happens through accountability, repetition, and purpose.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All sessions (individual, group, clinics, leagues) must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Sessions are first come, first served — no spots are held without payment. Players are expected to arrive on time and ready to work (bring your own basketball when required). Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full. No-shows will result in loss of session with no refund or credit. Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Dreamerz Academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to gym availability or unforeseen circumstances (you will be notified ASAP and given a make-up option). Waitlist Policy If a session is full, players may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, waitlisted players will be notified in order and given a limited time to claim the spot. If you do not respond within the allotted time, the spot will be offered to the next player. Waitlist spots are not guaranteed. Late Arrival Policy Sessions will start on time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time or refunds. Refund Policy All sales are final unless canceled within the 24-hour window. No refunds for completed sessions.
